Talent Squad
Overview
Our Talent Squad is designed to give Swim School Graduates further stroke development and familiarity with training drills in preparation for higher level squads. Competitions normally include schools SAPSASA, Swim SA JX meets and local carnivals.
Selection Criteria*
Entry is by assessment by a PAC Coach.
* Squad movement is at the coaches' discretion.
Expectations
Swimmers do not have to compete if they do not wish to do so. Recommended training: 3 sessions per week.
