National High Performance

Overview

This is an elite high performance squad, and is reserved for swimmers who the Coach believes can make national times before the end of January in the lead up to National  Championships.   A minimum training of 8 pool sessions and 2 land training sessions per week are required.  Competitions include Swim SA Meets, State and National Age and Open Championships.

Selection Criteria

National Age/Open qualified And/Or by Coach’s invitation only

Expectation           

Maintaining a position in this squad will be based on a continuing high work ethic, a min of 30,000m a week and ability to cope on a continuing basis with all speed and endurance training.

Fees

$165 per month
